Singapore: Global clinical research organization, Quintiles has acquired Encore Health Resources, a health-information analytics and technology consulting service company focused on healthcare providers.

Encore is branded as Encore, a Quintiles Company, post-acquisition and will operate as part of Quintiles' integrated healthcare services segment.
