Singapore: Allianz Life Korea has launched a new healthcare app that can check a person's blood pressure, heartbeat and exercise regimens. The Korean unit of the Munich-based global insurance company said that the service will help policyholders improve their health.
"Customers can get indications on their health through the app, which can be connected to wearable devices," said, Mr Lee Myung-jae, CEO of the insurer. "We plan to cut premiums to policyholders based on the information."
