BioElectronics pulsed shortwave therapy device gets South Korean patent allowance
Singapore: BioElectronics received patent allowance from the South Korean Intellectual Property office. The patent was allowed for a self contained medical device that is affixed to the body with a flexible antenna.
The device provides the patient with pulsed shortwave therapy and enables them to move more freely. The patent is among the nine other approved patents and another eight pending for pulsed shortwave therapy.
A visual monitor confirms that the antenna transmits energy at less than one milli watt to provide extended duration home therapy. The low power extended duration therapy is five times better than over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, is 100 percent safer and costs less than $0.25 for overnight pain relief.
