China SFDA's subordinate agency NIFDC gets WHO prequalification

Singapore: The World Health Organization (WHO) has included China's National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) to the list of prequalified quality control laboratories.

This indicates that NIFDC, which is a national drug quality control laboratory, is compliant to WHO good practices for pharmaceutical quality control laboratories (GPCL), and is considered to be acceptable for use by United Nations agencies.

National Institutes for food and drug Control (NIFDC) is a subordinate agency of the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA).
