Helen Tosch, who worked with Indegene, Inc., from October 2020 till January 2023 as Principal Consultant, Digital Strategy has filed three charge claims on October 27, 2023 against Indegene, Inc. with the Illinois Department of Human Rights alleging: (1) wrongful termination due to her age and gender; (2) discrimination under the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA); and (3) failure to rehire. Dening these allegations, Indegene, Inc. has asserted that she was terminated due to lack of work, unrelated to her need for FMLA time, age, or gender.

According to her LinkedIn profile, before joining Indegne in October 2020, Helen Tosch worked with Eli Lilly and Company (Modular Content and DAM Strategist), AstraZeneca (Principal Consultant, Content Strategy), Sanofi (Content Studio Production Lead), Roche (MarTech Consultant; Content Strategist), Fluency Health (Copy Supervisor, Lead Strategist), UChicago Medicine (Copywriter; Content Strategist) (November 2011 - June 2015).

Her LinkedIn profile also says she has been working as MarTech Solutions Lead with Ginkgo Healthcare Solutions from February 2011 till now. Before 2011, she worked with Northwestern Medicine (Digital Marketing Editor/Content Strategist), and DeVry University (Copy Editing Team Lead, Writer, and Instructional Designer).

The parent company of Indegene, Inc., Indegene Limited, which has opened its initial public offering on May 6 and closing on May 8 on BSE noted in its Red Herring Prospectus that subsequently, the parties engaged in mediation proceedings on February 20, 2024, however, had failed to reach a settlement and the matter has been referred to an investigations unit. The matter is currently pending.
