Singleron Biotechnologies has announced the upcoming launch of its GEXSCOPE® FFPE Single Nucleus Transcriptome Sequencing Kit. This solution helps researchers recover comprehensive single nucleus transcriptomic data from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and paraformaldehyde-fixed samples.
This approach facilitates unbiased discovery by capturing both coding and non-coding RNAs, avoiding the inherent limitations of pre-defined gene panels used in existing products.
"The GEXSCOPE FFPE kit delivers robust, high-quality data even from compromised or long-stored samples," said Julia Peisert, Product Manager at Singleron. " By moving beyond standard mRNA sequencing, researchers gain access to full-length transcript information, including non-coding RNAs, expressed mutations, and alternative splicing. It is fully compatible with our Matrix NEO™ automation platform for reproducible workflows."
Singleron provides end-to-end single-cell multi-omics solutions, including tissue dissociation, library preparation, and data analysis, to streamline the workflow from sample to result. In addition to the GEXSCOPE FFPE kit, Singleron provides multi-omics analysis kits that deliver information beyond conventional scRNA-seq. These include FocuScope® for targeted variant detection, MobiScope® for full-length scRNA-seq, DynaScope® for RNA dynamics, and PromoScope® for glycosylation analysis.
With a portfolio that includes instruments, reagents, bioinformatics software, and a comprehensive single cell knowledgebase, Singleron operates globally with offices and facilities in Germany, Singapore, the US, and China. Singleron products are used in over 5,000 laboratories worldwide, spanning hospitals, research institutes, and pharmaceutical companies.
