"FUJITSU Healthcare Solution HOPE LifeMark-SX" and Welby Co., Ltd., a leading company of PHR will start cooperation with the PHR platform "Welby My Carte", which has a track record in more than 20,000 medical institutions, from June 1, 2021.

Through this collaboration, doctors can access "Welby My Carte" launched from "HOPE LifeMark-SX" so that patients can enter on "Welby My Chart" and cooperate with daily meals and exercises with their consent. You can see the records, vital information, etc. while referring to the information in the electronic medical record. 

This will enable us to provide wide-ranging and detailed support from preventive medical care to medical care, such as providing dietary and exercise advice to patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
