Sanofi values Elder Pharma at $416 million-to-$450 million
Mumbai: Sanofi has emerged, as the highest bidder for all brands of Mumbai-based Elder Pharma, valuing the Indian firm at $416 million-to-$450 million (Rs 2,500-2,700 crore). Other bidders such as Pfizer and Glaxo have only shown interest in specific brands.
