‎Singapore: China's vaccine company, Sinovac Biotech has appointed Ms Nan Wang, who is presently the VP of Sinovac, as its chief financial officer, effective June 1, 2013.

Since joining the company in 2001, Ms Wang has served in different senior management roles, including vice GM of Sinovac Beijing ( Sinovac's primary operating subsidiary), GM of Sinovac Dalian, and as a member of the board of directors of Sinovac Beijing and Sinovac Dalian.

She currently oversees Sinovac's business development, strategic management and investment and was instrumental in leading the company's successful public offering during early 2010.
