Almac opens new Asia Pacific HQ in Singapore
With Singapore as the regional headquarters Almac will be better equipped to support Asia-based clients in their own time zone and languages
Singapore: In a bid to further strengthen its global footprint; Ireland-based Almac Group recently opened its Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore. The new facility will help Almac cater to the Asian lifescience industry and better serve clients in the region.
The firm's new facilities include packaging for clinical trials as well as distribution and interactive response technology services. Dr Robert Dunlop, president and managing director of Almac's clinical services business unit, said, "Asia Pacific is a vital region for us, as currently 23 percent of global clinical trials for new pharmaceutical products are being conducted here.
He added that with Singapore as the regional headquarters Almac will be better equipped to support our Asia-based clients in their own time zone and languages.
