To enhance Almac’s service offerings in the APAC region

Ireland-based Almac Clinical Services has announced a significant investment to develop a new frozen facility in Singapore which will quadruple the existing facility’s floorspace and provide an additional 480 storage locations.

This strategic investment aims to enhance Almac’s service offerings in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, ensuring that global pharmaceutical sponsors receive optimal support across their clinical supply chain.

This development will expand the existing infrastructure to accommodate both production and logistics activities. The state-of-the-art facility will operate at temperatures ranging from -25°C to -15°C and will include a dedicated secondary production room with frozen conditions, further enhancing Almac’s capabilities in managing temperature-sensitive clinical supplies.

Almac is also expanding its range of global secondary clinical supply packaging and temperature-controlled clinical supply and logistics services. These enhancements will support industry trends and the growing demand for advanced cold chain management solutions.
