The upcoming PDA Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Quality Conference is schedule for 15-16 August 2023 in Singapore to convene industry leaders and experts from around to discuss innovations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Themed "The Way Forward: Trends, Technologies and New Regulations Transforming Pharmaceutical Manufacturing," the Day one of the conference will begin with a presentation from US FDA Rick Friedman on the Strategies for Sustainable Compliance. Following this, Moderna, Immunologicals India, Sidley Austin, and Merck will present regulatory insights and future trends on vaccine development.

The deadline for Annex 1 implementations is a week after the conference and PDA has dedicated a full session to share tips and lessons learned by the industry. Day one of the conference is expected to conclude with a roundtable discussion on PUPSIT and POFF over a panel discussion. 

Day two will begin with Microbiology and RMM sessions coupled with updates from the US Pharmacopeia Microbiology Expert Committee represented by Merck’s Edward Tidswell. Furthurmore, Microrite, Roche, GSK,  Valsource, STERIS and Franz Ziel will enrich the session with valuable industrial inputs. 

Over two days, in-depth presentations, interactive discussions, and thought-provoking sessions on pressing issues and current trends will unravel over engaging sessions. Among the distinguished speakers will be US FDA, Moderna, US Pharmacopeia, Immunologicals India, Microrite, Roche, SKAN AG, Wuxi Biologics, Samsung Bioepis, Franz Ziel, Merck, Cytiva, GSK, Sanofi, Janssen, Steris, NNIT and many more!

A presentation on artificial intelligence and automation by Amazon Web Services and a data integrity presentation by Lachmann Consultants will boost the sessions. Intellective Bio, Wuxi Biologics, and Samsung Bioepis will hold a final conference session on CDMO operations.
