LabLink 360 is designed to complement and extend the Thermo Scientific™ MAS™ Quality Controls portfolio

Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched the Thermo Scientific™ LabLink™ 360 Quality Assurance (QA) Software, a new digital solution designed to help clinical laboratories simplify quality control (QC) workflows, accelerate QC review and decision-making, improve visibility into QC performance and proactively manage QC operations.

According to the 2025 Westgard Global QC Practices Survey, one in three laboratories experience out-of-control QC events every day, and 75% of labs repeat controls during troubleshooting, increasing workload and delaying results.

Many laboratories still rely on manual review processes that are time-consuming, prone to inconsistency and difficult to scale across instruments and sites.

LabLink 360 consolidates QC data, automates routine review steps and surfaces actionable insights through dynamic data visualisations and a centralised dashboard that brings all QC metrics into a single, actionable view.

Built-in peer group benchmarking enables real-time comparison directly within daily QC workflows, while affiliated lab management provides unified oversight across multi-site and referral networks. Issues that previously required significant manual cross-referencing can be identified, prioritised and resolved faster, reducing the steps from review to resolution.

LabLink 360 is designed to complement and extend the Thermo Scientific™ MAS™ Quality Controls portfolio, adding a workflow and analytics layer that supports integration with Thermo Scientific™ MAS™ Max Load & Go Automation Workflows for high-volume and automated testing environments. Global availability will be phased according to local regulatory and market requirements.
