To accelerate growth of digital health and advanced wound care platforms

Indian startup IHLD MedTech has announced a strategic investment from UltraGreen.ai, a global leader in fluorescence-guided surgery and digital health solutions listed in Singapore.

 

The investment comprises an initial commitment of $3 million, with the potential to increase up to a total of $12 million to support IHLD MedTech’s growth and expansion.

IHLD MedTech is building the next generation of healthcare delivery through two flagship platforms: iLiveConnect, an AI-enabled, physician-led continuity care platform designed for chronic disease management, preventive health, elderly care and post-discharge monitoring; and WoundHeal Plus, an advanced wound care platform integrating fluorescence imaging, perfusion assessment, data-driven clinical decision support and longitudinal care pathways designed to improve outcomes in patients with complex and chronic wounds.

 

Together, these platforms address some of healthcare’s most pressing global challenges, including the growing burden of chronic disease, ageing populations, preventable hospitalisations, the rising incidence of non-healing wounds and the risk of lower-limb complications associated with chronic disease.

The partnership brings together UltraGreen.ai's expertise in advanced imaging and digital health technologies with IHLD MedTech's innovative care delivery platforms. It also provides opportunities to leverage UltraGreen.ai's capabilities in fluorescence imaging and perfusion assessment to support the continued development of WoundHeal Plus and accelerate the adoption of more data-driven approaches to patient care.
