To further enhance the ’s life science innovation ecosystem in Greater Bay Area
ATLATL Hong Kong Innovation Center, a new state-of-the-art research facility designed to provide immediate, move-in-ready laboratory space for life science and biotech startups, has officially opened at the Hong Kong Science Park.
Leveraging the park’s prime location and advanced experimental facilities, ATLATL Hong Kong offers one-stop support for early-stage drug discovery through shared research equipment and interactive research service, enabling companies to rapidly achieve their research milestones.
Originating in Boston, ATLATL has evolved into a multi-center, international life science hub. By streamlining research processes and enhancing resource utilization, ATLATL has transformed the traditional capital-intensive investment model into a capital-light operating model, driving institutional innovation from shared facilities to shared technology.
ATLATL’s global network of centers has established 15 specialised research platforms covering gene and cell therapy, AI drug screening, macromolecular drug research, gene editing, high-throughput single-cell screening, GMP process optimization, and preclinical pharmacology & toxicology research, among others, providing collaborative support for cross-border research.
The establishment of ATLATL Hong Kong will further enhance the ’s life science innovation ecosystem in Greater Bay Area. Leveraging the unique advantages of Hong Kong as an international financial center, ATLATL Hong Kong will empower more startups, helping them strengthen international presence and build two-way channels.
