Chandler acquires 80% share in Vietnam's Hoan My Medical
Acquirer of Hoan My Medical, Chandler Corporation is a provider of healthcare businesses in Philippines, Indonesia, and Kenya
Singapore: Chandler Corporation, provider of healthcare businesses in Philippines, Indonesia, and Kenya under Viva Healthcare brand, acquired 80 percent stake in Hoan My Medical, Vietnam's largest private hospital group, for $99 million. The investment in Hoan My complements the healthcare businesses of Chandler Corporation in Indonesia and Philippines.
Vietnam's integrated hospital network, Hoan My, is a trusted brand which is recognized for its clinical and service excellence. The group comprises five hospitals and four clinics, that provide affordable, quality healthcare to more than one million people in Vietnam's emerging middle class.
