Why is Taiwan so well under control of the corona crisis despite its geographic proximity to China? Taiwan's former vice president Chen Chien-jen has some answers.

Chen, who was Taiwan's Minister of Health in 2003 during the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) outbreak, also highlighted the importance of talent mobility in working together to prevent the epidemic.
