Campus Create, one of Japan’s largest university-affiliated Technology Licensing Organisations (TLOs), has launched a new initiative to connect cutting-edge Japanese medtech startups with Singapore-based venture capital firms, corporations, and researchers.
Through its nationwide network of 84 universities and research institutions, Campus Create supports early-stage innovations in medical technology and healthcare — from DNA damage–based cancer diagnostics and non-invasive fibrosis detection, to BCI for stroke rehabilitation, AI-powered sleep analysis, and skin gas–based health monitoring.
The initiative aims to promote joint research, clinical validation, and cross-border investment between Japan and Singapore. Business meetings will be available both online and in-person in Singapore (late October, during SWITCH 2025), with full interpretation and coordination support provided by Campus Create.
Singapore partners can gain early access to advanced Japanese medtech, co-branding and marketing support, and priority opportunities as local distribution partners.
