Aurobindo Pharma (Malaysia) SDN. BHD. has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Helix Healthcare B.V., The Netherlands, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian pharmaceutical firm Aurobindo Pharma.
The objective of incorporation of this wholly owned subsidiary is to expand the pharmaceutical products business in Malaysia.
Initial subscription to the share capital of RM 400,000 (Approx $100,000) is divided into 400,000 shares with a nominal value of RM 1.00 each.
Aurobindo Pharma develops, manufactures, and commercialises a wide range of generic pharmaceuticals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and injectables globally in over 150 countries.
