The seventeenth edition of BioJapan 2015, one of Asia's largest partnering events, will be held for three days from October 14th to 16th, 2015 at Pacifico Yokohama in Japan. Comprised of exhibitions, seminars, and partnering meetings, this year marks the 17th installment of BioJapan, which has continued to expand in scale, adding exhibitors and steadily increasing the number of one-to-one meetings since its first convention in 1986.

As an integrated exhibition that embodies regenerative medicine, personalized medicine, diagnostics, functional food, bio-energy and other facets, this event is said to gather top-level executives as well as experts responsible for R&D, business development, licensing, and alliances, all under one roof to share cutting-edge solutions, technology and important information.

BioJapan is said to house 8000 partnering meetings and roughly 700 companies from across the globe may convene at BioJapan 2015, spanning from big pharma to bio-venture companies.

The organizers of BioJapan claim that the event will play an important role in facilitating interaction between Japanese and global companies/organizations and stimulating new business opportunities. The Japanese and global biotechnology industry's top business development and licensing professionals, alliance management professionals, R&D personnel and biotech company executives are said to gather in Yokohama.
