Lead can cause serious damage to the central nervous system, the kidneys, and the immune system

The FDA put out an alert about the product after it received an adverse event report, about the problems caused by the drug, upon administration to a toddler.
Bo-Ying compound is manufactured by Eu Yan Sang, an established manufacturer of Chinese medicines, with sales of $293 million in the last financial year and a website that boasts of its manufacturing practices.
