China Resources Sanjiu Medical to acquire Zhejiang Zhongyi Pharmaceutical

Singapore: China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical plans to fully acquire Zhejiang Zhongyi Pharmaceutical in a deal priced at $205.9 million (RMB 1.3 billion) to expand its antibiotics portfolio.

China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical develops and produces pharmaceutical products in China and internationally.
