Expecto Health Science, a leading full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) in Asia Pacific with a focus on emerging economies, announced the signing of a pivotal Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) with Mayapada Hospital Jakarta Selatan, a flagship hospital unit by Mayapada Healthcare. This milestone marks a key step in Expecto Health Science’s strategy to expand its high-quality, agile clinical research services across the Asia-Pacific region. The partnership was formalized by Dr Pramod Kashid, Chief Executive Officer and Simon Wong, Chief Business Officer, Expecto Health Science, Dr. Dini Handayani, MARS, FISQua, FIPC, Chief Medical Officer, of Mayapada Healthcare and Dr. Fiktorius Kuludong, MM, Director, of Mayapada Hospital Jakarta Selatan. The signing ceremony was held on Friday 17th January at Mayapada Hospital Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia in the presence of hospital executives, clinicians and Mayapada’s Clinical Research Manager and executives.

Expecto will work closely with Mayapada Hospital to ensure early discussions with their Clinical Research Teams, Principal Investigators and Key Opinion Leaders about projects that may be appropriate and beneficial to Indonesia. The MOU also means that leaders in each organisation will have closer direct access to one another and the two organisations will work to ensure rapid engagement and high priority start-up of new clinical projects in the country.
