Biosketch:

Dr. Partha Chattopadhyay is a Senior Research Fellow working at CSIR-Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology. His research focuses on understanding the role of long non-coding RNA in infectious disease. He is interested in understanding the mechanism of lncRNA-mediated gene regulation, unravelling chromatin-level gene regulation at both bulk and single cell resolution and exploring immune cell heterogeneity in infectious diseases.
