Maxinovel's orally active small molecule PD-L1 inhibitor demonstrates similar efficacy to PD-L1 antibody drug Durvalumab

These two molecules demonstrated similar tumor growth inhibition (TGI) when they were tested twice.

Maxinovel Pharmaceuticals presented in the 2019 AACR the head to head comparison of its orally active small molecule PD-L1 inhibitor with commercially marketed PD-L1 antibody drug Durvalumab in the human PD-L1 knock-in MC38 cell line in human PD-1 knock-in mice model [LB-018]. These two molecules demonstrated similar tumor growth inhibition (TGI) when they were tested twice.
