Singapore: Takeda Pharmaceutical announced the appointment of new senior leadership as well as the establishment of a new organization, realignment of current organizations, and change of organization names effective July 1, 2013.

Takeda is establishing new organization named IT Planning and Administration Office and HR Development Office. It is also establishing 'Global Marketing Division Tokyo'. Furthermore, Takeda is dissolving its 'Overseas Project Management Department' and realigning its current job responsibility to 'Strategic Production Department'. Moreover, Takeda's Pharmaceutical Production Division is renaming its 'Product Planning and Administration Department' to 'Strategic Production Department'.
