Job Description

About This Job:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Operations Coordinator who will provide administrative support allowing business processes and functions to run smoothly. The role requires exceptional organization, time management, as well as strong communication skills. Responsibilities will include contract management (end to end), event management (internal and external), tasks relating to promotional material, office facilities and other ad hoc admin related duties.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • 12 months experience in similar support role
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
  • Flexible, customer focused, and can do attitude
  • Efficient planning and organising ability
  • Ability to manage conflicting deadlines
  • Rapid learning ability with IT systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Growth mindset with the ability to foresee areas for change and make continuous improvements in real time where possible

Education/Qualifications:

  • Equivalent experience in a team environment
