  • Act as the ethical lead in leading the growth and expansion of skinhealth core range across the ASEAN markets
  • Results orientated, and demonstrate a strong ability to effort prioritize
  • Work with Dermatology Business Unit Head to:
  • Build a cohesive strategy to fit within the current treatment gaps 
  • Build a strong launch plan for skinhealth range
  • Inventory management of core product range, matching supply to realistic and well validated in-market demands
  • Defining & develop strategic marketing plans
  • Build a strong pharmacy advocacy pool through leveraging on our ethical efforts
  • Clear plan and disciplined execution/implementation of marketing initiatives/communication campaign. Devising methods to assess and measure efficacy of marketing initiatives on a quarterly basis.
  • Clarity to lead in execution of marketing plans aligned to market dynamics and needs
  • Key account management
  • Proactively collaborate with cross functional team members to drive business solutions
  • Effective and well thought through life cycle management of skinhealth range to be reflected through core deliverables and prioritization areas
  • Identification and management of KOLs who can lead in the organization of regional scientific symposiums, talks and/or seminars.
  • Serve as a strategic reference partner for local Brand/ Marketing / Product Managers.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, pharmacy, marketing or any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years and above relevant experience within sales and marketing and KOL management. Dermatology experience preferred but is not a must
  • Exposure in pharmaceutical sales is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in previous marketing roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to work with a team
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Creative thinker and solution provider
  • Possess good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Agile and adaptable to changes.
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical industry.
